Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priorities. We use low-toxic, eco-friendly treatments that are safe when used correctly. To ensure the best results and keep everyone safe during and after your pest control service, please follow the guidelines below.

Interior & Exterior Residual Spray Treatments

To prepare your home for spray treatment:

Before Treatment:

Store away all exposed and unpackaged food items.
Clear kitchen benchtops and surrounding areas.
Cover or remove children’s toys from treatment zones.
Vacuum floors, especially edges and skirting areas. Dispose of vacuum contents immediately.
Move items away from walls and perimeter zones for full access.
Remove all pets from the premises (including cats, dogs, birds, and small animals).
Cover or remove pet bowls and pet food.
Cover fish tanks and ponds, and turn off filtration systems during treatment.
Cover bedding with sheets and wash sheets after treatment.

After Treatment:

Vacate the property for at least 3 hours, or as directed by our technician (duration depends on treatment type).
On return, open doors and windows to ventilate thoroughly.
Wipe down all kitchen benchtops and food preparation areas.
Avoid vacuuming or mopping treated areas for up to 4 weeks to allow the treatment to work effectively.
Please inform everyone with access to the property that a treatment has been carried out.
If any residents have asthma, allergies, or sensitive skin, please inform our team prior to the visit.

Ant Control – Bait Spray Treatments

Do not use any aerosol sprays, surface sprays, or DIY ant treatments after our visit, as they may interfere with our bait systems.
You can remain on the property during treatment—no need to vacate.
Please clear areas (especially along skirtings and entry points) for targeted spot treatment.

Rodent Control

We will install secure bait stations in areas where rodent activity is detected.
Loose bait may be used only in areas deemed completely safe by the property owner.
Please let us know if there are children or pets on site so we can use tamper-resistant bait stations.

Wasp & Bee Nest Treatment

Stay away from the treated area for at least 24 hours after treatment.
Do not attempt to remove the nest yourself. Our technicians will handle follow-ups if necessary.

Borer Treatments

Saturation spray treatments require a 24-hour stand-down period from treated areas.
Injection treatments typically do not require a stand-down period. These release a mild solvent odour that dissipates within minutes.
Full results may take up to one month to become visible.
